If you believe a registered quote infringes your copyright, file a notice below. Submissions go to a human reviewer. Records found infringing are taken down within 72 hours of acceptance, with a public takedown stub on the verification page.

The notice must include all of the following per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material on our site (the registration ID or URL).
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rightsholder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

False notices may be liable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Counter-notices follow the same statutory process; email us if you receive a takedown you believe is wrong.
